We flew Continental to Gatwick, and had a 9+ hour transfer to Ryanair at Stansted. That gave us a little time in London for some sightseeing, breakfast and shopping (sort of).

First stop on our tour - President's Club at IAH Terminal E.

A funny closet for steam/press service.

CO34 IAH-LGW. We stood by for this earlier flight and I got a middle seat (19E) as result.

Southern Train Gatwick-Victoria.

Opearted by EMU Class 377 "Electrostar".

London Victoria Station.

Waiting for Circle Line train.

Circle Line uses the larger "sub-surface" size trains.

The cars are known as "C Stock".

We got off at Westminster.

Thames and the London Eye.

Clock Tower at the Houses of Parliament. "Big Ben" actually referes to the bell inside.
