8/25: Flew non-stop IAH-PDX, picked up car and headed west to the Pacific Coast, overnighting at Lincoln City, OR.

8/26: Drove beautiful US101 down to Crescent City, CA.

8/27: Visited Redwood National and State Parks before leaving the coast.
