I flew out to Los Angeles to visit my old friend Mandi. She is faculty at UCLA and was looking for a new lab manager. I stayed at her place, visited her lab, and did some sightseeing on my own. And the rest is history...

Took the 35L and the Tokina 11-16 on this 3-day trip.
