Took Nepal Airline's non-stop from HKG to KTM. Stayed two nights at the excellent Hotel Mums Home in Thamel, Kathmandu. Visited Durbar Square in Patan on our first full day in Nepal.
Update: While Hotel Mums Home is undamaged, Patan Durbar Square suffered extreme damage during the 2015-4-25 earthquake. Majority of buildings you see in the pictures either collapsed or suffered extensive damages.
